As our Global Sales Manager/Director/HeadOf, reporting to our CRO, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee the sales process, sales training and product training of the sales team, and foster a high-performance sales culture. Your strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and ability to build relationships within your team for the sake of extraordinary performance will be key to your success in this role.
